A journey to recover
your creativity

Your Artist's Way is a 12-week program, based on the book The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron, designed to help you discover and recover your creative life. Through two fundamental practices and deep weekly work, you'll learn to silence the inner critic and make space for your inner artist.

It doesn't matter if you're a writer, painter, musician, entrepreneur, or someone who feels they've lost their spark. This path is for you. To better understand the story behind the method, read the full Julia Cameron biography — screenwriter of Taxi Driver, Martin Scorsese's ex-wife, author of over 50 books — and the analyses of her most important works.

The two essential practices
01

Morning Pages

Every morning, before the world wakes up, write three pages by hand. No censorship, no goal. It's a mental drainage that clears the way to your deepest creativity.

02

The Artist Date

Once a week, two hours alone with yourself doing something that nourishes you. No agenda, no productivity. It's refilling the well your creativity drinks from.

The 12
weeks

Week 01

Recovering Safety

The wounded artist child

We identify the critical voices that silenced our creativity. We recognize the "censors" and begin to disable them with compassion and awareness.

1
Week 02

Recovering Identity

Who were you before?

We explore who we were before the world shaped us. We recover tastes, dreams and ways of being we abandoned to fit in or survive.

2
Week 03

Recovering Power

Anger and resentment

Unexpressed anger blocks creativity. We learn to use resentments as maps that point to what matters most and what we need to recover.

3
Week 04

Recovering Integrity

The life scan

We examine our life honestly: what's out of alignment with who we are? Small adjustments can release enormous creative energy.

4
Week 05

Recovering Possibility

Self-imposed limits

We explore the phrases we repeat about what we "can't" do. Many limits are inherited narratives. Possibility opens when we question the "I can't".

5
Week 06

Recovering Abundance

Envy as a compass

We transform our relationship with money and envy. Envy toward other artists isn't a flaw: it's precise information about what your soul wants to create.

6
Week 07

Recovering Connection

Synchronicity and trust

We learn to notice meaningful coincidences and trust the creative process. When we start moving, the universe begins to move with us.

7
Week 08

Recovering Strength

Resistance and obstacles

We distinguish between real and invented obstacles. Creative resistance is universal. Recognizing it as a sign that we're close to something important sets us free.

8
Week 09

Recovering Compassion

Creative cycles

We learn to forgive ourselves. Periods of creative drought aren't failures but a natural part of the cycle. Compassion is the fertile ground of all creation.

9
Week 10

Recovering Protection

Hidden addictions

Reading too much, working non-stop, always being busy: subtle ways of avoiding creation. We identify our avoidance strategies and name them without judgment.

10
Week 11

Recovering Autonomy

Creating for oneself

We explore the difference between creating for ourselves and creating for external approval. Your art is yours. Creative autonomy is one of the deepest gifts of this path.

11
Week 12

Recovering Faith

The path continues

The final week isn't an ending but an opening. We learn to trust that creativity sustains us. The artist's way doesn't end: it deepens and expands.

12

Ready to
begin?

12 weeks to recover your creativity. Two simple practices. A path that changes you from within.

"We are spiritual creatures on a human journey, not human creatures on a spiritual journey."

This program is an invitation to recover what was always yours. Your creativity didn't disappear — it just patiently waited for you to open the door.
